INGREDIENTS:
10 x 225-275g Potatoes washed and scrubbed
METHOD:
1. Scrub the potatoes, then cut each into half lengthways again.
2. Repeat until you have even-shaped wedges.
3. Part boil the potatoes and then coat them in sunflower or corn oil.
4. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 200 0c, gas mark 6 turning at least once.
