Baked Potatoes

Cook Time: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS: 

10 x 225-275g  Potatoes washed and scrubbed

METHOD:

1. Oven Temp: 220 OC, 425 0F, Gas Mark 7
2. Dry the potatoes well and place on a bed of salt on a baking tray.
3. Bake for 50-60 minutes, turning after 30 minutes
4. To serve, make a crosswise incision in the top of each potato and squeeze gently to open the cross.
5. Add in filling and serve immediately
